JAZD Welcomes Alan Hubbard as Communication Industry Guru

Hubbard has 25 years of experience in the software and contact center industries. Previously, he has held leadership roles in start-ups, mid-size and Fortune 500 companies. Hubbard’s role as a thought leader in the contact center space, and numerous articles and research papers on virtual contact centers, unified communications and their supporting technologies, have made him a trusted and sought-after voice in the industry.
His global experience working for such firms as the Aberdeen Group, Altaworks, Inc., H-P and KANA Software make him uniquely positioned to provide a fresh outlook on the communications industry. While at the startup Altaworks, he pioneered the first–of-its-kind development of instrumentation for the JAVA Virtual Machine. At the Aberdeen Group Hubbard launched their CRM practice. He has a Bachelor in Computer Information Systems and an MBA from Bentley College.
