Sales Executive

The Position:

Position Responsibilities:

We seek individuals who are PROVEN CLOSERS and have experience with B2B Sales, Online Advertising, and/or Lead Generation.

In this role, the successful candidate is primarily responsible for closing on the leads generated by our account representatives who are making 100's of phone-based outbound B2B calls daily.  You will be selling cost-effective advertising space on our unique B2B Directories where the most qualified and informed buyers are making their purchasing decisions.

Candidates must thrive in a high energy environment. You must be driven for success and willing to invest the time and energy necessary to insure your success. Successful candidates will have a track record of consistently meeting sales quotas and a tireless work ethic.

Requirments:

  • 2+ years inside sales experience, direct quota carrying positions
  • A track record with meeting and achieving monthly quotas
  • Experienced in outbound prospecting (70+ calls per day)
  • Ability to sustain 3+ hours of phone time each day
  • Demonstrate a deep product expertise, understand domain, product value
  • Ability to present, negotiate and close sales
  • Analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving expertise
  • Detailed, organized and results-oriented.
  • Must be a self starter and a passionate, high energy team player
  • Strong drive to achieve personal success
  • Excellent problem solving and time management skills
  • Strong customer care skills
  • Good communication skills - written, oral, active listening
  • Ability to interact with C-level executives
  • Demonstrated “Sales 101” fundamentals including closing techniques and proposal preparation
  • Demonstrated stability in a past sales position
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience


Compensations and Benefits

Compensation includes base salary, commission and bonuses.
