Sales Recruiter
THE POSITION:
The Sales Recruiter is a key member of the JAZD Team. Recruiting a high growth sales team during 2012 is the foundation stone of company growth. JAZD is looking for a Sales Recruiter with direct hands on experience in rapidly recruiting inside sales teams.

The Recruiter will actively source, recruit and assist in the on-boarding of sales team candidates. JAZD is an inside sales environment. JAZD will provide in office support for the Recruiter in all facets of the role. JAZD is looking to grow its existing inside sales force from its current level of 16 sales representatives to over 40 sales representatives within the next 6 months.
REQUIRED SALES RECRUITING EXPERIENCES:
- Direct experience in sourcing of candidates from existing companies
- Budget effective usage of third party recruiting resources
- Keen understanding of inside sales requirements
- Knowledge of online marketing, lead generation and advertising services
- Achieving high growth sales employee on-boarding targets
THE TARGETED SALES CANDIDATES FOR RECRUITMENT:
- $30-40K base with 15% sales commission on all new client sales
- 80-120 outbound calls per day
- 2+ years of proven inside sales experience
- Understanding of online marketing programs
- Search engine optimization and pay per click programs
- Opt-in lead generation marketing programs
- Online display advertising programs
- Directory placement marketing programs
- Experience and understanding of B2B marketing goals and objectives
- Proven ability to hit monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas
