Account Representative (Lead Generation)

Position Responsibilities:
We seek individuals who have experience with B2B Sales, Online Advertising, and/or Lead Generation.
In this role, the successful candidate is primarily responsible for generating phone-based outbound B2B calls with the intent of selling cost-effective advertising space on our unique B2B Directories where the most qualified and informed buyers are making their purchasing decisions.
Candidates must thrive in a high energy environment. You must be driven for success and willing to invest the time and energy necessary to insure your success. Successful candidates will have a track record of consistently meeting goals and a tireless work ethic.
Requirments:
- 1+ years of successful B2B outbound sales/telesales/telemarketing/call center/lead generation experience in direct quota carrying inside sales position including cold calling and follow-up, ideally selling advertising or sponsorships in a telesales environment.
- Demonstrated track record with meeting and achieving monthly quotas
- Experienced in outbound prospecting (100+ calls per day)
- Ability to interact with C-level executives
- Must be a self starter and a passionate, high energy team player with ability to work independently
- Ability to sustain 5+ hours of phone time each day
- Ability to think on your feet
- Demonstrate product expertise, understand domain, product value
- Analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving expertise
- Detailed, organized and results-oriented
- Results-driven mentality and excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills
- Strong drive to achieve personal success
- Strong customer care skills
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills; must be comfortable making cold calls and able to deal effectively with objections
- Demonstrated stability in a past lead generation position
- BS/BA or equivalent experience
Compensations and Benefits
TCompensation includes base salary, commission and bonuses.
